Standardized devices travel to Austria and from there to the whole world

For our customers, we usually provide the production of custom-made conveyors as a whole, i.e. with everything from design and 3D visualization through assembly to service. At the same time, we also help other companies with orders as a subcontractor. We prepare both standard conveyors and custom-made equipment and parts of lines for them.

One of these companies is our Austrian partner, which supplies packaging technology to customers all over the world. It has been ordering from us regularly for 17 years. 40% of deliveries are standardized solutions, 60% are specific conveyors that we manufacture directly to measure. In total, we have built almost 3,000 devices. These include classic roller, belt and chain conveyors, transfer carts, roller and chain turntables, leveling belt and equalizing conveyors (they level loose material by passing it over a vibrating surface).

We are fast and flexible in the production of conveyors

The delivery date of the order is binding for us. Although we are often limited by the supply of material from our suppliers, in Austria they know that they can rely on us 100%. Even if we wait for 4 weeks for the delivery of rollers, we will ship the finished conveyors within the promised 6 to 8 weeks.

The Austrian company also appreciates our comprehensive 3D models for installation. Thanks to the 3D visualization, which we often prepare for the entire conveyor system, we can detect any technical and dimensional discrepancies in a timely manner. We then look for alternative solutions ourselves, propose possible changes and modify the equipment so that it is structurally tuned and everything works as it should.

We have sent more than 300 trucks to different parts of the world

Our conveyor lines help with handling all over the world. Thanks to our cooperation with an Austrian partner, you can see our equipment in operation in the Philippines, Malaysia or Thailand, where they are part of a large port transshipment area, the so-called big bag line. The conveyors we manufacture also operate in Vietnam, India, North and South Korea, Egypt, Venezuela, Mexico, the USA, Austria, Germany, Italy, Poland or Indonesia.
