We think ahead. Even in the design, we go beyond your requirements and look for ways to make everything even easier for you. This was also the case with the new transfer car.

With us you are one step ahead

When developing, we not only base our work on your current needs, but also on the future. We draw on our experience from almost 4,000 orders and, taking into account the space available, we will propose the best solution for you, which will also be ready for possible future expansion or automation. Perhaps our proposal will exceed your expectations, because it will go beyond the original demand. We managed to do exactly that with the transfer car.

We replaced the old transfer car with a smaller, more powerful and remote-controlled one

Transfer carts are an integral part of our repertoire of transport and handling equipment. We always develop them to be as safe as possible, easy to operate and to save space in the halls. They often significantly speed up operations and facilitate production for our clients. A car body manufacturer also ordered one transfer cart from us, who needed to replace an unreliable rail-based trolley with a battery-operated remote-controlled cart. We produced a transfer cart for them with a load capacity of 50 tons.

We deliver perfectly tuned devices surprisingly quickly

The production of the battery-powered transfer car had to be fast and flawless. While we were working on the new transport platform, the client's existing handcar broke down. He needed to deliver a new solution in an extremely short time. Fortunately, we have extensive experience in the production of transport cars, so we can quickly deliver reliable, safe and 100% functional equipment. The new transfer car worked immediately after being transported and installed in the track yard. We checked it, tested its load capacity, trained the operator and put the equipment into use. It is now operating without any problems in three-shift operation.
